Heybazi Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the heybazi platform (heybazi.app) and its services. Accessing the site, creating an account, or using any of our services constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read and accepted these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

Heybazi is an entertainment-based online betting platform. By using our services, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms and conditions, and that you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

To open an account with heybazi, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register.
• Each person may only create one account — multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, or device are not permitted.
• All information provided at registration — including name, phone number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. Sharing your password or allowing anyone else to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any changes to account information must be verified through our support team.

If false information is provided during registration, heybazi reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance at any time.

The following rules are mandatory for all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• When making a deposit, you must use the correct reference code provided by heybazi.
• The number used for deposits must be registered in the user's own name.
• Heybazi does not charge any additional fees on deposits — however, fees imposed by the payment provider may apply.
• Do not submit the same transaction twice — once a process has started, wait for it to complete.
• All deposits are credited to your balance after being received by heybazi's treasury — typically within 5–15 minutes.

If your deposit hasn't arrived, contact us via live chat with your transaction ID. heybazi will resolve it manually within 30 minutes.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from heybazi:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal — you must submit a copy of your National ID or passport.
• The withdrawal destination number must be the same number registered to your account.
• A maximum of 5 (five) withdrawals are allowed per day.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it transfers to your main balance only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Any amount tied to an active bet cannot be withdrawn.

Processing Time: Mobile Pay & Nagad — 15–30 minutes; Rocket — 10–20 minutes; Bank Transfer — 2–24 hours; USDT — subject to network confirmation.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on heybazi:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — so please review your bet carefully before placing it.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, heybazi reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing bets on the same outcome from multiple accounts (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• In live betting, odds may change if a bet is confirmed late due to network issues.

Heybazi reserves the right to make the final call on all betting outcomes. In disputed situations, the rulings of international sports regulatory bodies will be followed.

Heybazi offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own specific terms. The general rules are as follows:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal — typically 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once. A new bonus cannot be activated while another is still in progress.
• Bonuses have an expiry — if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• If bonus system abuse is proven — such as the same person claiming bonuses across multiple accounts — the bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on heybazi, and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated bots or software to place bets
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Attempting payment fraud or initiating a chargeback
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to heybazi's systems
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds

Heybazi treats the protection of users' personal information as its highest priority. The following policies govern how data is collected and used:

• Information collected at registration is used solely for account management and service delivery.
• Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Information may be shared with regulatory authorities when required by legal obligation.
• All data is stored on SSL-encrypted, secure servers.

Heybazi believes betting is entertainment — not a source of income. That's why we offer the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set your own daily or monthly deposit limit.

• Cool-off Period: Temporarily lock your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Heybazi strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, heybazi is not liable in the following situations:

• Bets lost or unplaced due to internet disconnection
• System issues on the part of third-party payment providers (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.)
• Issues caused by the user's own device or browser
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.)
• User password or account credentials being accessed by another person

Heybazi's total liability shall not exceed the actual balance held in the user's account under any circumstances.
